FAQs

We believe what goes into your syrup matters. Our elderberry syrup is made in small batches, in a commercial kitchen, using certified organic ingredients, local raw honey, whole spices, and baobab, a nutrient-dense superfood that many elderberry syrups don't include. We never use fillers, artificial flavors, or preservatives.

We use certified organic ingredients in our recipes. While our commercial kitchen is not USDA Organic Certified, we carefully source high-quality certified organic ingredients for our products.

Baobab is a nutrient-rich superfood naturally packed with vitamin C, antioxidants, minerals, and fiber. We include it in our recipe because it complements elderberry beautifully and helps boost the nutritional profile of our syrup naturally.

We proudly source local raw honey from trusted Texas beekeepers.

Please refer to the Best By date on your bottle label. Our syrup should remain refrigerated (30-40F) at all times and can also be frozen in ice cube trays for longer storage

There are limited studies available regarding elderberry use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. We always recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before using any herbal products.

While many customers choose to take elderberry daily, we personally prefer using it during times of increased exposure, travel, seasonal wellness concerns, or when additional immune support is desired.
